Grief and Loss Support Group
Grief is something that most of us will face at some point in our life, often it comes with little notice, and its effects can seem overwhelming.
This group aims to help participants cope positively in their bereavement, gain more understanding of God’s love in their mourning for their loved one(s),
and hopefully even grow through their grief.
Grieving allows us: to heal; to remember with love rather than pain; to live without all the answers; to live in a new way (the new normal); to come to terms with the finality of death.
The Group is open to anyone who is experiencing grief and loss from a recent or distant bereavement.
